Nikki, an accomplished graduate of the Social Service Worker program at Loyalist College, has built her career in customer care with a focus in the insurance and legal sectors. In her current role she is dedicated to improving and supporting client care and clinic operations through providing administrative support. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, watching movies, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
