If you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or the kind of exhaustion that comes from pushing through when things feel overwhelming, you’re in the right place. Reaching out to see if we’re a good fit is a great first step.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist in Supervised Practice with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario. I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University and my predoctoral residency at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, where I trained across trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders clinics. My work since has spanned hospital-based and outpatient settings, with a particular focus on PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, insomnia, chronic pain, and psychological concerns related to workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. I have significant experience working within the WSIB system, including with first responders navigating occupational trauma, and with veterans and military personnel.
My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy, and I draw flexibly on acceptance-based, emotion-focused, and relational frameworks depending on what you need. I work collaboratively, taking the time to understand the full picture of what’s affecting your well-being and to build practical skills that support real, lasting change.
If anything here resonates, feel free to reach out. I offer a free initial consultation and would be glad to answer your questions and help you decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
