Taking the first step toward therapy often requires tremendous courage. Life doesn’t always go easy on us, and seeking help is a meaningful and empowering act on the path toward healing and resilience.  With over 25 years of clinical therapy experience, I have supported individuals of all ages and life stages. I support individuals and families in navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, chronic illness (including dysautonomia and Long Covid), and self‑esteem through a compassionate, supportive lens. I use evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).  I utilize therapy that feels most comfortable and effective for each unique individual.

In addition to my clinical training, I hold a certification in ADHD coaching. This helps me support children and adults in understanding their neurodiversity, building executive functioning skills, and strengthening self‑esteem through practical strategies that make daily life feel more manageable and empowering.

Forming a deep and meaningful connection, particularly with children and adolescents, can be incredibly challenging—yet this very challenge has become a true passion and focus for me.

I provide a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment where we can work together to gain deeper insights into who you truly are at your core and address the obstacles that may be hindering you from living your fullest life.
