Many of us who reach out for therapy are capable, self-aware, and doing their best, yet still feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. You might find yourself overthinking, managing stress silently, struggling to control your feelings, or noticing patterns in relationships that you can’t seem to shift. If that resonates, you’re not alone, and meaningful change is possible.

I offer a collaborative, client-centred approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor sessions to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we work to understand the root causes of your concerns, explore emotional and cognitive patterns, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.

Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, manage stress more effectively, process difficult experiences, strengthen communication, or build confidence in regulating your emotions, I strive to create a space that feels supportive, grounded, and goal-oriented. We will set realistic, manageable steps forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy does not have to be intimidating. Reaching out is a courageous step, and you don’t have to navigate things alone. If you’re ready to invest in your well-being, I would be honoured to support you in that process.
