Do you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or pressure to be perfect? Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past trauma or struggling to feel at home in your body. If you’re tired of overthinking, not knowing how to cope with your pain, or feeling like you’re never enough, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, quiet the inner critic, and start healing in a space that feels safe and supportive.

Using a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach, I draw from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and techniques to support your unique needs and goals. I support individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and body image concerns.

You deserve to feel at peace, and have tools to cope with emotions and life’s stressors. Therapy can help you hold difficult emotions, build self-understanding, and create meaningful change. I’d be honoured to support you on that journey. Book a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit!
